Dual grind makes a huge difference on fat emulsion. Getting the meat and fat to become one. This was approx 25% pork fat to 75% lean fawn whitetail. This was actually ran through twice, meaning it was actually 4 grinds! @lemproducts # 22 grinder made quick work of it. Went back to the ground bags for this batch. Its definitely easier and less work in my opinion than going the flat vac bag route. Anyone else have a dual grind grinder? Definitely worth checking out. #WildGameCook #LEMNation | Wild
